If the purchased Black Crystal is not properly given the first time in the game, it may be given by re-accessing the store you used, so please try the following steps.
If you are using iOS
It may take a day or more to reflect due to delays in payment processing.
Also, if you have not received a receipt email, or if there is no Black Crystal record in your iTunes purchase history, it is possible that the purchase itself has not been made, or that an error has occurred in the payment processing on Apple's side.
If you have any questions about the payment status, please check with Apple. Please inform Apple of the situation that it is not reflected on the application side.
If none of the above apply, please try the following and see if the situation improves.
1. Restart the game
- Please restart in a stable network.
2. Power off the device once
- If your device's OS is not the latest version, please also try updating the version.
3. Switch to another network or reconnect
If you are using Android
If payment data does not arrive from the Google payment center and the purchased item may not be given, please check the following.
1. Check your purchase history to see if the purchase has been completed.
Log in to "Google Pay" ([pay.google.com](http://pay.google.com/)), tap (click) the applicable item on the transaction screen, and check the [Status].
If it says [Pending] or [Cancelled], follow the instructions in Google Pay Help (Find out why your order was held, canceled, or disapproved) to resolve it.

2. Restart the app.
3. Check the number of the Black Crystal in-game.
